Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding holidays. During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Estimates (U.S.)

  • Standard: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Next Day: 1 business day (where available)

Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce. Estimates exclude processing time and are not guarantees.

Free Shipping Threshold

U.S. orders $150+ ship free (before tax, after discounts). Oversized/weight‑based surcharges may apply where noted.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. For status updates visit /pages/track-my-order.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Contact platinumcryoteam@gmail.com immediately. We can edit or cancel an order until fulfillment begins.

PO Boxes & Signatures

PO Boxes may require USPS. Signatures are generally not required unless your order value or location requires added security.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for duties/taxes assessed by the destination country. Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors and your carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us. For transit damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
