1. Agreement to Terms

This website and storefront (the “Site”) is operated by (“Platinum Cryo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and all policies referenced here (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Information

Our products are non‑consumable accessories intended for general lifestyle use. They are not medical devices and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Product dimensions, weights, finishes, and compatibility notes are provided for convenience and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances. Colors and finishes may appear differently on screens.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and may change without notice. We may correct errors or omissions at any time. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or fees. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method. We may reject or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product unavailability). If we cancel after charging you, we will issue a refund to your original method.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship to the locations offered at checkout. U.S. orders $150+ may qualify for free shipping (subject to change and exclusions). Delivery dates are estimates; delays can occur. 7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30‑day returns on eligible items in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Certain items may be final sale where noted. Please review our separate Return & Refund Policy for instructions and exclusions.

8. Limited Warranty; Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes (e.g., micro‑scratches, patina), misuse, modification, accident, or improper care.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR (B) ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

11. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Feedback)

If you submit reviews, photos, questions, or other content (“User Content”), you grant a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display such content for operating and promoting the Site and our products, in any media, with or without attribution, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it is accurate, lawful, and non‑misleading. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or our guidelines.
